Our journey starts with smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s most renowned coffee regions, where heirloom Arabica beans are cultivated in volcanic soil and harvested by hand. We work directly with farmers, ensuring they receive fair compensation and the support needed to thrive—because great coffee starts with the people who grow it.
After careful washing, drying, and sorting, only the highest-quality beans make their way to our state-of-the-art roasting facility, where we safeguard their unique flavors through precision roasting techniques. Each roast profile is carefully crafted to bring out the vibrant, complex notes that make Ethiopian coffee world-renowned.
